Fish in Foil

  1. Place 1/2 of fish fillets on a piece of foil.
  2. Sprinkle each with lemon juice and paprika.
  3. Place 1/2 of the onion slices on each fillet.
  4. Combine parsley and chives.
  5. Roll potato in parsley mixture.
  6. Arrange 1/2 potato sticks around each fillet.
  7. Season each with salt and pepper.
  8. Fold foil and secure tightly.
  9. Bake 325F (160C).
  10. for 40 minutes.
  11. Open foil and dot each with 1 teaspoon margarine.
