Splenda Chocolate Brownie Bites

• 12 cup butter, melted
• 14 cup mini chocolate chip, melted
• 14 cup cocoa
• 34 cup Splenda granular
• 14 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla
• 12 cup flour
• 1 tablespoon espresso powder
• 34 teaspoon baking powder
• 14 teaspoon salt
• 12 cup mini chocolate chip

1. Preheat oven to 350F.
2. Spray mini muffin tin with cooking spray or line with mini muffin paper liners.
3. Combine first 7 ingredients in a med bowl.
4. Add remaining ingredients.
5. Stir until combined.
6. Fill each muffin cup 3/4 full.
7. Bake fro 12-15 minutes or until set.
