Smoked Sausage and Three-Bean Stew

  1. Cut sausage down the middle lengthwise.
  2. Then cut across in about one-half to one inch sections.
  3. Heat oil in pan, add sausage and brown.
  4. Open all the cans.
  5. (Do not drain off liquids from cans.)
  6. Add entire contents of all the cans.
  7. Salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Lightly simmer until heated through.
