Black Tie Truffles

  1. Microwave bittersweet chocolate, whipping cream and butter in microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  2. or until chocolate is completely melted, stirring after each minute.
  3. Freeze 1-1/2 hours or until firm.
  4. Roll into 24 (1-inch) balls; place on waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
  5. Freeze 20 min.
  6. Melt white chocolate; use fork to dip in truffles.
  7. Return to baking sheet.
  8. Drizzle with remaining chocolate or decorate with sprinkles.
  9. Refrigerate until firm.
