Rigatoni with Ham and Peas
- 3 cups rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 lb. (115 g) smoked ham, chopped
- 1 cup frozen baby peas
- 1 jar (650 mL) Classico di Liguria Tomato Alfredo Pasta Sauce
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large nonstick skillet on medium heat.
- Add onions; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until softened, stirring frequently.
- Add ham, peas and pasta sauce; mix well.
- Simmer on medium-low heat 3 to 5 min.
- or until heated through, stirring frequently.
- Drain pasta; place in large bowl.
- Add pasta sauce mixture and parsley; mix lightly.
