Grilled Chicken Pita Panino

  1. Mix mayonnaise and pepper sauce.
  2. Grill chicken 4 to 5 min.
  3. on each side or until done (165 degrees F).
  4. Cut into thin slices.
  5. For each serving: Warm 2 pita breads on grill.
  6. Spread 1 Tbsp.
  7. mayonnaise mixture on 1 pita; top with 1 cheese slice, about 3 oz.
  8. (85 g) chicken, 1/2 cup (125 mL) lettuce and 1/4 cup (60 mL) tomatoes.
  9. Drizzle with 1 Tbsp.
  10. (15 mL) mayonnaise mixture; top with second cheese slice and second pita.
