gazpacho
- 1 quart v8 juice
- 6 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp whorshire
- 6 tsp red wine viniger
- 6 radishes
- 1 cucumber
- 3 stalks of celery
- 1 scallons to taste
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 green pepper
- place all liquid in glass bowl.
- Then add veggies, chill for 3 hrs then serve.
- Served cold..
- can add v8 to taste, or for a kick make with spicey v8
- make sure all veggies are thinly sliced, very important..
