Barley Chili

  1. In a large saucepan, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain.
  2. Stir in flour.
  3. Add the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, for 1 hour or until barley is tender.
