Polish Plum Torte
- 14 cup sugar
- 12 cup Splenda granular
- 8 tablespoons margarine
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 eggs
- 4 plums
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- cream the sugar, Splenda and margarine.
- Add flour, baking powder, eggs.
- Mix.
- Grease the bottom of a springform pan and add the batter.
- Slice the plums and place and place on top of the batter until it is covered.
- Mix cinnamon with the 1 tablespoon sugar and sprinkle on top.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes.
