Sauerkraut And Sausage Hot Dish Recipe

• 1 pound bacon
• 1 lg. onion
• 1 ring smoked sausage or possibly any kind of sausage
• 1 pkg. sauerkraut (liquid removed)

1. Cut bacon and fry, not too crisp, cut onions and fry with the bacon; cut sausage in slices and add in to bacon and onion and fry.
2. Add in sauerkraut with rest of ingredients and simmer for half an hour.
