Slow Cooker Cheesy Ham and Potatoes
- 8 whole Potatoes (I Prefer Gold)
- 2 pounds Boneless Ham
- 1 whole Medium Onion
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cheddar Cheese Soup
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Celery Soup
- 1 dash Salt
- 2 dashes Pepper
- Cut the medium-sized potatoes and the boneless ham into bite-sized cubes.
- Slice the onion into thin strips.
- In a bowl, whisk together the soups.
- Place half of the potatoes, ham and onion into the crockpot.
- Season with just a little bit of salt and a dash of pepper.
- Remember that the ham will already give quite a bit of salt to the dish, so be careful not to over salt.
- Now add half of the soup mixture.
- Repeat the layers.
- Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3 4 hours.
- This dish is so filling and satisfying on a cold day.
