Slow Cooker Cheesy Ham and Potatoes

  1. Cut the medium-sized potatoes and the boneless ham into bite-sized cubes.
  2. Slice the onion into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together the soups.
  4. Place half of the potatoes, ham and onion into the crockpot.
  5. Season with just a little bit of salt and a dash of pepper.
  6. Remember that the ham will already give quite a bit of salt to the dish, so be careful not to over salt.
  7. Now add half of the soup mixture.
  8. Repeat the layers.
  9. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 3 4 hours.
  10. This dish is so filling and satisfying on a cold day.
