Salsa With A Salvadoran Twist

• 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Fire Roasted Tomatoes
• 1 whole Tomato, Small To Medium In Size
• 13 cups Chopped Onion
• 2 whole Small Serrano Peppers, Sliced
• 1/4 cups Cilantro Leaves
• 2 sprigs Mint, Leaves Only
• 1/2 teaspoons Salt
• 1/2 whole Lime (juice Only)

1. Pulse all ingredients in a food processor to desired consistency.
2. Serve with tortilla chips or with your favorite dish.
