Last-Minute Cheesy Bacon Hot Dip

• 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
• 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
• 1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
• 5 green onions, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp. OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits

1. Heat oven to 350F.
2. Mix all ingredients except bacon bits in 9-inch pie plate; top with bacon bits.
3. Bake 15 min.
