Moist & sweet buttermilk corn bread

  1. Add dry ingredients in medium bowl, whisk together.
  2. Add wet ingredients into dry, mix completely but not over mixed.
  3. Grease a square nonstick baking pan (8x8), pour batter into prepared pan, sprinkle with sugar (1tblsp)
  4. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes
  5. Let cool on rack for 15 minutes
  6. Turn upside down and cut into squares, serve while warm.
