Butter finger Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies
- 1/2 cup unsalted, softened, butter
- 1/2 cup Granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar, packed
- 3/4 cup Peanut butter
- 1 large Egg
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking soda
- 1 1/2 cup Crushed Butter finger candy bars
- 1 cup Chocolate chunks (any kind)
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Prepare baking sheet with pan spray.
- Cream the butter and sugars with an electric mixer until well combined.
- Mix in the peanut butter, add the egg and vanilla.
- Mix well.
- Slowly add the flour, baking soda, crushed butter fingers and chocolate chunks.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheet about 1 inch apart.
- Using a fork, press criss cross marks into the cookies.
- Bake 12-15 minutes or until slightly browned.
- Let cool slightly, remove to wire rack to cool completely.
