Amanda's Vegan Flat Bread

  1. Mix dry ingredients.
  2. Add oil and soy milk, mix
  3. Knead on floured board for about 1 - 2 minutes.
  4. Press onto oiled cookie sheet.
  5. Smear topping on.
  6. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes or until golden on top.
