Country Steak Diane
- 10 each New York strip steaks (8 oz. each)
- 3 Tbsp. Fresh shallots, minced
- 10 Tbsp. butter
- 1-1/4 cups Dry white wine
- 2-1/2 cups whipping cream
- 2/3 cup GREY POUPON Country Dijon Mustard
- 3 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1-1/4 tsp. salt
- Grill steaks until cooked through (160F).
- Remove from heat; keep warm.
- Saute shallots in butter in large skillet until tender.
- Add wine; cook and stir until pan is deglazed.
- Simmer until liquid is reduced by half, stirring frequently.
- Add cream and mustard; mix well.
- Bring to a simmer; cook until sauce is of desired consistency, stirring frequently.
- Stir in parsley and salt.
- Spoon sauce over steaks just before serving.
