Hummus & Feta Wrap, with Yogurt
- 1/3 cup ATHENOS MEDITERRANEAN SPREADS Hummus
- 1 whole wheat tortilla
- 1/3 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 3 fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 1 Tbsp. chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 8 oz. low-fat (1%) yogurt, favorite flavor
- 8 fl oz (1 cup) drinking water
- Spread hummus over tortilla; sprinkle with Feta and arrange spinach leaves on top.
- Roll and enjoy.
- Sprinkle walnuts over yogurt for dessert.
- Serve meal with a glass of water.
