Japanese-style Tomato, Avocado, and Canned Tuna Salad
- 1 Tomato
- 1 Avocado
- 1 small can Canned tuna
- 1 leaf Shiso leaf
- 2 tbsp Mentsuyu
- 1/2 tsp Japanese mustard
- 1 Lemon juice
- Peel the tomato by blanching them for a few seconds.
- Remove the seeds and dice into 2 cm.
- Peel and remove the pit from the avocado, dice into 2 cm pieces.
- Sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
- Drain the tuna.
- Mix the Japanese mustard with the mentsuyu sauce.
- Combine with the other ingredients.
- Transfer to serving plates.
- Top with finely shredded shiso leaf.
