Japanese-style Tomato, Avocado, and Canned Tuna Salad

  1. Peel the tomato by blanching them for a few seconds.
  2. Remove the seeds and dice into 2 cm.
  3. Peel and remove the pit from the avocado, dice into 2 cm pieces.
  4. Sprinkle with a little lemon juice.
  5. Drain the tuna.
  6. Mix the Japanese mustard with the mentsuyu sauce.
  7. Combine with the other ingredients.
  8. Transfer to serving plates.
  9. Top with finely shredded shiso leaf.
