Spicy Beef Casserole

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cook & stir beef & garlic in 10" skillet until beef is brown; drain.
  3. Stir in tomatoes, taco sauce, & bouillon; cook until bouillon is dissolved.
  4. Mix flour & water; stir into beef mixture.
  5. Heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
  6. Boil & stir 1 minute.
  7. Pour into baking dish, 13x9x2 inches.
  8. Mix baking mix, 2 tbsp cornmeal, & milk until soft dough forms.
  9. Drop by tablespoons full onto beef mixture.
  10. Sprinkle with Remaining cornmeal.
  11. Bake for 20 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
