Pasta Arrabbiata
- 2 dried red chilies, crumbled
- 6 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper
- 12 oz. pasta of your choice
- 3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
- Warm chilis and garlic in olive oil until the garlic is fragrant.
- Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
- Serve pasta tossed with sauce and garnish with parsley.
