  1. Warm chilis and garlic in olive oil until the garlic is fragrant.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes.
  4. Cook pasta until al dente; drain.
  5. Serve pasta tossed with sauce and garnish with parsley.
