No Knead to Rise Pizza Dough
- 2 packages Active Yeast Or (4 1/2 Tsp)
- 2 cups Warm Water
- 7 cups Flour
- 1/2 cups Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 whole Egg
- 4 Tablespoons Oil
- Preheat oven to 400*
- In a small bowl sprinkle yeast over water and let it dissolve.
- Mix all dry ingredients together.
- Pour water in the center and beaten egg.
- Mix together and then knead.
- Adding oil as needed.
- Pinch off balls and roll out pizza to desired size.
- I always roll the edge over and press it down to double the crust on the edge.
- Here you can top the pizza and bake 10-15 min.
- Or bake the pizza un-topped for about 5 8 minutes and then cool and freeze for later.
- Or bake and then cool till guests arrive and allow them to top their own pizzas.
- Then pop back in over for 5 min.
- or so til the cheese is melted.
- So yummy!!
- One more favorite of mine is to used diced canned tomatoes that are slightly drained on my pizza.
