No Knead to Rise Pizza Dough

  1. Preheat oven to 400*
  2. In a small bowl sprinkle yeast over water and let it dissolve.
  3. Mix all dry ingredients together.
  4. Pour water in the center and beaten egg.
  5. Mix together and then knead.
  6. Adding oil as needed.
  7. Pinch off balls and roll out pizza to desired size.
  8. I always roll the edge over and press it down to double the crust on the edge.
  9. Here you can top the pizza and bake 10-15 min.
  10. Or bake the pizza un-topped for about 5 8 minutes and then cool and freeze for later.
  11. Or bake and then cool till guests arrive and allow them to top their own pizzas.
  12. Then pop back in over for 5 min.
  13. or so til the cheese is melted.
  14. So yummy!!
  15. One more favorite of mine is to used diced canned tomatoes that are slightly drained on my pizza.
  16. So delish!
