Portable Coffee

  1. Sprinkle gelatin over the cold water and let stand until soft, 5-7 minutes.
  2. Combine sugar, coffee and whiskey.
  3. Add gelatin and stir until fully dissolved.
  4. Divide mixture among 4 small coffee cups.
  5. Refrigerate until set.
  6. Dollop with whipped cream before serving.
