Creamed Spinach Crescents Recipe
- 10 ounce. (275 g.) pkg. minced spinach, thawed
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
- 2 (8 ounce.) cans refrigerated crescent rolls
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Thaw and drain spinach.
- Combine spinach, cheese, and bread crumbs in a 1 1/2 qt saucepan and cook till cheese is completely melted, stirring often.
- Unroll dough and separate into 16 triangles.
- Cut each in half lengthwise forming 32 triangles.
- Spread each triangle with 1 tsp.
- of mix.
- Roll up, starting at widest side.
- Bake on greased cookie sheet 10-13 min or possibly till golden.
- Cold slightly before serving.
- Makes 32 snacks.
