Fast Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

• 2 tablespoons fish sauce
• 2 tablespoons cold water
• 2 tablespoons coriander, chopped
• 1 teaspoon red chili, chopped
• 1 teaspoon brown sugar

1. In a bowl mix together fish sauce, cold water, coriander, red chili, and brown sugar.
2. Serve.
