Cannellini Tomato Salad With Anchovies And Capers Recipe

  1. To make the dressing combine the first 6 ingredients in a bowl and whisk together.
  2. Combine the remaining ingredients.
  3. Add in the dressing.
  4. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Serve at room temp or possibly slightly chilled.
  6. NOTES : Rinse and pat the anchovies dry before chopping.
