Curried Couscous With Chicken and Almonds

  1. Heat curry sauce, chicken broth, salt and raisins in a medium saucepan.
  2. When mixture comes to a boil, stir in couscous.
  3. Cover pan and remove from heat.
  4. Let stand 5 minutes.
  5. Fluff couscous with a fork.
  6. Stir in almonds, chicken and green onions.
  7. Sprinkle with cilantro and serve hot.
  8. Note: To toast nuts, spread on baking sheet and bake in 350-degree oven for 5 to 8 minutes or until they start to brown.
