Sourdough Whole Wheat Biscuits Recipe
- 2 c. whole wheat flour
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 c. sourdough starter
- Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
- Cut in the butter.
- Work in the starter till well blended.
- Turn out onto floured surface and knead gently for 2 min.
- Pat dough to thickness of about 1 inch.
- Cut into rounds with biscuit cutter; place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min.
