Sourdough Whole Wheat Biscuits Recipe

  1. Sift dry ingredients into a bowl.
  2. Cut in the butter.
  3. Work in the starter till well blended.
  4. Turn out onto floured surface and knead gently for 2 min.
  5. Pat dough to thickness of about 1 inch.
  6. Cut into rounds with biscuit cutter; place on lightly greased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 min.
