Minestrone Soup

  1. Do not drain tomatoes or beans.
  2. In Dutch oven, brown meat and onion; add tomatoes and Swiss chard; cover and simmer 10 minutes. Add broth, beans, water, macaroni (dry), Italian seasoning and salt.
  3. Cover and simmer until macaroni is tender.
  4. Serve with Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top.
  5. Serves 6.
