Bbq Sauce For Beef Recipe

• 1/2 c. tomato sauce
• 1/2 c. softened butter
• 2 Tbsp. molasses
• 1/4 c. vinegar
• 1/4 c. strong coffee
• 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
• 1/2 tsp garlic pwdr
• 1/2 tsp chili pwdr
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp grnd black pepper

1. Combine tomato sauce, butter, molasses, vinegar, coffee, Worcestershire, garlic pwdr, chili pwdr, salt and pepper.
2. Bring to a gentle boil for a few min.
3. Reduce heat and simmer 10 min.
4. Serve with sliced beef.
5. Yield: 1 1/2 c.
