Bulgur Wheat Bread Recipe

  1. Heat 1/2 c. water to boiling in a small saucepan and add in bulgur.
  2. Cook on medium-high heat for approximately 5 to 6 min till all of the water is absorbed; stir occasionally.
  3. Remove pan from heat; allow bulgur to cold to room temperature.
  4. Place cooked bulgur and remaining ingredients in bread pan according to manufacturer's directions.
  5. Select regular baking cycle, medium crust setting, and start machine.
  6. Makes a 1 1/2 lb.
  7. loaf.
