OREO Cream Pie
- 50 OREO Cookies
- 1/3 cup margarine or butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 24
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
- Coarsely chop 15 cookies; set aside.
- Finely roll remaining 35 cookies; combine crumbs, margarine or butter and sugar.
- Press mixture evenly onto bottom and side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Set aside.
- Heat marshmallows and milk in 2-quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly until melted and smooth; cool completely.
- Fold whipped cream and chopped cookies into marshmallow mixture.
- Spoon into prepared crust.
- Refrigerate for 4 hours or until firm.
