Best Tomato Salad Recipe
- 10 x ripe plum or possibly Roma tomatoes quartered
- 6 x cloves garlic small chunks
- 2 Tbsp. dry oregano
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the tomatoes over the bowl so as not to lose any juices.
- Add in garlic, oregano, salt and pepper and oil.
- Mix and chill at least 2 hours.
- until all the flavors blend.
- Serving Ideas : Serve with a loaf of Italian bread for dunking.
- NOTES : Perfect for summer picnics or possibly backyard get-togethers
