Chocolate-Coconut Nests

• 1 pkg. (225 g) Baker's Semi-Sweet Chocolate
• 2 cups flaked coconut
• 2/3 cup small jelly beans

1. Microwave chocolate in large microwaveable bowl on MEDIUM 2 to 3 min.
2. or until almost melted; stir until completely melted.
3. Stir in coconut.
4. Drop tablespoonful of coconut mixture into 30 mounds on parchment-covered baking sheets; indent centres slightly to resemble nests.
5. Fill with jelly beans.
6. Let stand 2 hours or until nests are firm.
