Salsa A Recipe
- 2 c. tomatoes (peeled and minced)
- 1 onion (diced)
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 celery stalk (diced)
- 1 green pepper (diced)
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 green chili (minced)
- Combine tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, vinegar, sugar and chili.
- Blend well.
- If a finer texture is desired, the salsa may be put through food grinder, using fine blade.
- Cover tightly and refrigerateovernight.
- Serve cool with meat dishes.
