Salsa A Recipe

  1. Combine tomatoes, celery, onion, green pepper, salt, vinegar, sugar and chili.
  2. Blend well.
  3. If a finer texture is desired, the salsa may be put through food grinder, using fine blade.
  4. Cover tightly and refrigerateovernight.
  5. Serve cool with meat dishes.
