Orange Butter Cream Squares

  1. In medium bowl, stir together all crust ingredients.
  2. Press on bottom of 9" aquare pan.
  3. Cover; refrigerate till firm (about 1 hour).
  4. in smaller mixer bowl, combine all filling ingredients.
  5. Beat at medium speed until creamy.
  6. spread over crust.
  7. In small bowl, combine all glaze ingredients; drizzle over filling.
  8. Refrigerate until firm (1-2 hours).
  9. Cut into bars; store in refrigerator.
  10. ***NOTE*** to crush chocolate wafer cookies, place cookies in a resealable plastic food bag.
  11. Crush with rolling pin or flat edges of mallet.
