Campbell's Grilled Marinated Beef Recipe
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounce.) Campbell's(r) Condensed Tomato Soup
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 lb boneless beef sirloin steak, 1" thick
- MIX soup, water, lemon juice, mustard and Worcestershire.
- Reserve 3/4 c. for sauce and chill.
- POUR remaining soup mix into large shallow nonmetallic dish.
- Add in steak and turn to coat.
- Cover and chill 2 hr., turning steak occasionally.
- REMOVE steak from marinade and throw away marinade.
- Grill over medium-warm coals to desired doneness (allow 25 minutes.
- for medium), turning once.
- Thinly slice steak.
- HEAT sauce and serve with steak.
- Serves 6.
