Beer Brauts

  1. Day 1: Chop one whole sweet onion and fresh garlic.
  2. Place bratwurts, onions and garlic in a sealable container.
  3. Pour beer and tobasco over bratwurst mixture.
  4. Seal container, shake well to coat, and refigerate overnight.
  5. Day 2: Pour entire contents in pot.
  6. Bring to boil or until bratwursts begin turning white.
  7. Remove Bratwurst from pot and place on barbeque grill for 5 to 10 mintues.
  8. Continue boiling beer and onion mixture until onions are soft.
  9. Strain onions.
