2 Minute Chocolate Cake Recipe

• 4 ounce self-raising flour
• 4 ounce castor sugar
• 2 x level Tbs cocoa
• 1 pch salt
• 2 ounce melted butter
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 x egg
• 1 dsh vanilla essence

1. Place all ingredients into a basin in the above order.
2. Beat well for 2 min.
3. Pour into a greased 7" cake tin.
4. Bake for 35-40 min in moderate oven.
