Muffuletta Sandwich
- 2 qt. giardiniera, drained, diced
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Light Italian Reduced Fat Dressing
- 1-1/3 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1-1/3 Tbsp. dried oregano leaves
- 8 each large round Italian bread loaves (10 inch), split
- 48 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- 48 slices provolone cheese, thinly sliced
- 48 slices salami, thinly sliced
- 48 slices pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 48 slices ham, thinly sliced
- 48 slices capicola, thinly sliced
- 48 slices mortadella, thinly sliced
- Combine giardiniera, dressing, garlic powder and oregano.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.
- For each sandwich, 6 servings: Spread 1/2 cup giardiniera mixture onto bottom half of 1 bread loaf.
- Cover with 3 slices of each cheese; broil until melted.
- Cover with 6 slices of each meat, and 3 slices of each cheese.
- Broil until top layer of cheese is melted.
- Top with 1/2 cup giardiniera mix; cover with top of loaf.
- Cut into 6 wedges to serve.
