Burger Wrapped Franks -- for the Undecideds

  1. Thirty minutes before serving, you''ll begin by preheating the broiler ten minutes.
  2. With a fork, lightly mix beef with th eggs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and seasonings.
  3. Divide the meat into 10 portions.
  4. Flatten each portion of beef slightly.
  5. Wrap one around each frank, leaving ends exposed.
  6. Place a rack in broiler pan and brush the meat only with BBQ sauce.
  7. Broil about 5 minutes one one side, turn, brush again with BBQ sauce and broil a few minutes longer.
