Burger Wrapped Franks -- for the Undecideds
- 1 12 lbs ground chuck
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 13 cup parsley, snipped
- 12 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 18 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 10 frankfurters
- bottled barbecue sauce
- 10 fresh hotdog buns
- Thirty minutes before serving, you''ll begin by preheating the broiler ten minutes.
- With a fork, lightly mix beef with th eggs, Worcestershire sauce, parsley and seasonings.
- Divide the meat into 10 portions.
- Flatten each portion of beef slightly.
- Wrap one around each frank, leaving ends exposed.
- Place a rack in broiler pan and brush the meat only with BBQ sauce.
- Broil about 5 minutes one one side, turn, brush again with BBQ sauce and broil a few minutes longer.
