Protein Peanut Butter Fudge
- 12 cup butter
- 12 cup natural-style peanut butter or 12 cup no-sugar-added peanut butter
- 2 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup Splenda granular, sugar substitute
- 2 tablespoons designer vanilla whey protein powder (2 scoops)
- Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
- Stir.
- Microwave another minute.
- Remove and stir in cream cheese until dissolved.
- Stir in splenda, then stir in protein powder.
- Grease a 6 1/2 inch square container and line with waxed paper.
- Pour mixture into the container.
- Cool, cut into 20 1-inch pieces.
