Protein Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Melt butter and peanut butter in microwave on high for about 2 minutes.
  2. Stir.
  3. Microwave another minute.
  4. Remove and stir in cream cheese until dissolved.
  5. Stir in splenda, then stir in protein powder.
  6. Grease a 6 1/2 inch square container and line with waxed paper.
  7. Pour mixture into the container.
  8. Cool, cut into 20 1-inch pieces.
