Chili Verde

  1. Add pork loin to crock pot.
  2. Add chopped onion to pork loin in crock pot.
  3. Add both jars of salsa Verde to crock pot.
  4. Stir/mix salsas and onion.
  5. Set crock pot to high for 4 hours or low for 8 (all day)
  6. Pull the pork out and shred, I did bigger chunks because I didn't want it to be super shredded.
  7. Add meat back into crock pot and let sit til ready to eat.
  8. I turned the crock pot off at this point.
