Chili Verde
- 3 lb Pork loin
- 24 oz La Victoria Salsa verde thick n chunky
- 24 Herdez salsa verde
- 1/2 chopped onion
- Add pork loin to crock pot.
- Add chopped onion to pork loin in crock pot.
- Add both jars of salsa Verde to crock pot.
- Stir/mix salsas and onion.
- Set crock pot to high for 4 hours or low for 8 (all day)
- Pull the pork out and shred, I did bigger chunks because I didn't want it to be super shredded.
- Add meat back into crock pot and let sit til ready to eat.
- I turned the crock pot off at this point.
