Pagogi

  1. Slice meat thin (cuts easier if partially frozen).
  2. Place in large pan.
  3. Chop and add onion and green onion.
  4. Pour in soy sauce, water and sesame seed oil.
  5. Add sugar, garlic and hot pepper flakes.
  6. Cover and place on med/high heat, stirring every 10 minutes.
  7. Lower heat after 30 minutes.
  8. Make rice.
  9. Continue to check on pagogi.
  10. When rice is done, put into a bowl and top with the pagogi.
