Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease one or two baking sheets.
  3. Mix peanut butter and honey until smooth.
  4. Add egg, baking soda, and the optional ingredients, if you're using them.
  5. Beat until well-mixed.
  6. Place teaspoonfuls of dough onto cookie sheets, leaving space in between cookies.
  7. Bake until pale gold color, about 5-7 minutes.
  8. Don't overcook!
  9. These can burn easily.
  10. Transfer to racks to cool.
