Rosy Maple Salad Dressing
- 14 cup maple syrup
- 14 cup honey
- 14 cup apple cider vinegar
- 12 cup canola oil
- 14 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 18 teaspoon ground cardamom
- 1 blood orange, juiced (if you don't have blood oranges, you can substitute a regular orange. The dressing won't be a rosy c)
- salt and pepper
- In a medium bowl, mix together the maple syrup, honey and vinegar.
- Slowly add the oil whisking constantly.
- When all the oil is incorporated, add the red pepper flakes and the cardamom.
- Whisk in the blood orange juice.
- Taste and season with salt and pepper to your liking.
