Seafoam Cole Slaw Recipe
- 1 pkg. lime Jello
- 1 c. warm water
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- Dash of pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon celery seed
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 c. cool water
- 2/3 c. mayonnaise
- 4 teaspoon grated onion
- 2 c. shredded cabbage
- Dissolve Jello and salt in warm water.
- Add in cool water, vinegar, mayonnaise, pepper, onion and celery seed.
- Refrigeratetill slightly thickened.
- Mix in cabbage mold and refrigerateor possibly can be served in bowl.
- Grated egg yolks make a very nice garnish.
- This makes 6-7 servings.
