Pizza Dough Bread In 1 Hour Recipe
- 1 c. scalded lowfat milk
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 c. hot water
- 5 1/4 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- Scald lowfat milk; let cold.
- Put yeast in hot water.
- Add in and mix oil, salt, lowfat milk, flour and knead.
- Let rise to double the size.
- Punch down; let rise again and punch down.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min.
- Ready to add in toppings of your own choice.
- Bake again for another 15 min.
