Frozen Vanilla Yogurt #2 (Weight Watcher Friendly)

  1. In a bowl, beat egg with sugar until combined; set aside.
  2. In a saucepan heat milk just until bubbles appear around side of pan.
  3. Stir a little into egg mixture, then pour back into saucepan.
  4. Cook over heat, stirring just until thickened, 2 - 4 minutes.
  5. (DO not let mixture boil or egg will curdle).
  6. Remove from heat and cool completely.
  7. Beat yogurt and vanilla into cooled mixture.
  8. Process in ice cream machine.
