Baked Pinapple Recipe
- 1 can (16-ounce) crushed pineapple, liquid removed
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/4 lb Butter
- 6 slc Bread, cubed
- Mix pineapple, Large eggs, sugar and flour together and pour into a 1 qt casserole.
- Heat butter and stir in bread cubes gently to coat.
- Put buttered cubes on top of casserole and bake, uncovered, at 350 for 30 min.
- Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
